A process of fabricating vaginal sanitary article adsorbed with silver colloids is provided to have anti-bacterial, deodorant and anti-inflammatory functions, to prevent gynecological diseases and promptly eliminate bad odor of human body by admixing silver colloids, polymeric chitosan and wood vinegar and injecting the mixture on surface of the article to be adsorbed. The process comprises the steps of forming a cylindrical vagina sanitary article by processing absorbent cotton fabric(S1); injecting a colloidal silver solution into the surface of the formed sanitary article to adsorb the solution thereto(S2); drying the sanitary article adsorbed with silver colloids(S3); introducing water soluble chitosan to wood vinegar, mixing for 20 to 30 hours to dissolve the chitosan in the vinegar(S4); injecting the dissolved solution into the surface of the sanitary article in dried condition to adsorb the solution thereto(S5); and drying the article adsorbed with the chitosan solution(S6). The chitosan has combination ratio of 0.1 to 0.5wt. parts to 100wt. parts of the wood vinegar.
