A method of diagnosing a partial stick of a canister fuzzy valve is provided to precisely diagnose the partial stick of the canister fuzzy valve on the basis of fuel pressure variation, thereby preventing environmental pollution due to the partial stick. A method of diagnosing a partial stick of a canister fuzzy valve includes the steps of forming a negative pressure in the fuel tank when an evaporation gas diagnosis condition is satisfied(S111), calculating a difference between a current fuel pressure in the fuel tank lowered to a negative pressure and an initial fuel pressure before forming the negative pressure(S119), checking whether a fuel pressure per fuel amount lowering time as a table value stored in a memory elapses, and determining a partial stick of the canister fuzzy valve when the fuel pressure lower time elapses(S125), and adding a partial stick error count number of the canister fuzzy valve when the fuel pressure lowering value does not arrive at a critical value, and determining that the canister fuzzy valve is a partial stick when the partial stick error count number is more than a predetermined number(S131).
