A book binding method and a book produced by the same are provided to let users read the book without folding both sides of a book cover or pressing both sides of inner pages of the opened book by keeping the book opened. The book binding method comprises the steps of: bonding one surface of an inner page body(20) comprising a plurality of inner pages(21) printed or recorded with information and overlapped on each other, to an inner page adhesive part(31) formed in the center of a book binding sheet(30); bending downward wing parts(32) extended outward from both sides of the book binding sheet attached with the inner page body, in a cylinder form; and bonding the undersides of the wing parts to the center of a book cover(10). |
