PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal material capable of varying Bragg reflection wavelength by photoirradiation and constituted by a liquid crystal in a state of a blue phase. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal/polymer composite obtained by polymerizing a liquid crystal composition containing a liquid crystal compound, a chiral agent, a mono-functionable polymerizable monomer, and a poly-functional polymerizable monomer, the chiral agent is the one in which spiral induction force is varied by photoirradiation and a combination of the liquid crystal compound and the chiral agent in the composite has the blue phase.
