PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film, a sheet and a molding that comprises an aliphatic polyester having excellent oxygen barrier properties. SOLUTION: The film, the sheet and the molding each comprise an aliphatic polyester that has 0.1-50 MFR and is obtained from an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid component and an aliphatic glycol component and a polylactic acid having≥120°C melting point.
