A toilet cover is provided to prevent the lower part of the trousers that are hung on user's knees when the user seats on the toilet cover from coming into contact with the front or a part of the sides of the toilet and to keep the trousers clean. A front cover is attached to a toilet cover(100). The front cover is a thin plate extending from the central portion of the left side of an outer frame line(110) of the toilet cover(100) to the central position of the right side of the outer frame line(110) while enclosing the front portion of the toilet. The front cover is perpendicular to the ground and has a predetermined length.
