MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WATER-SOLUBLE POLYSACCHARIDE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for simply and efficiently obtaining a water-soluble polysaccharide exhibiting functions in food industries from a vegetable fibrous material as a raw material.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the water-soluble polysaccharide comprises a step for efficient extraction making the best use of physical shear and heat by heating by direct introduction of high-temperature/high-pressure steam into suspension of the vegetable fibrous material.
