A cot for carrying a patient with an elevator is provided to minimize the bleeding and wound of an emergency patient by installing an elevator that is ascended and descended promptly by a link device on a lower body portion. The cot for carrying a patient with an elevator includes a bed frame(1A) having a lower body portion(1Aa) and a backrest and a lower frame(1B) formed to be capable of being folded on the bottom of the bed frame(1A). The bed frame(1A) further includes an outer frame(10), a foot support portion(20) and an elevator(30). The outer frame forms a frame on which the lower body portion(1Aa) is fixed. The foot support portion(20) is formed on the end portion of the bed frame on the inner side of the outer frame(10). The elevator(30) is installed by a link device(40) supported by the outer frame(10).
