An electrodeless bulb without mercury and electrode lighting system having a discharge guidance material is provided to improve an initial lighting property of an electrodeless bulb by using a discharge guidance material. A wave guide guides an electromagnetic wave generated by an electromagnetic wave generator. A resonator is fixed to one end of the wave guide, and shields an external discharge of the electromagnetic wave. An electrodeless bulb without a mercury includes a fixing portion(61) and a light emitting portion(62). The fixing portion is installed at one side of the wave guide to protrude in a height direction of the wave guide. The light emitting portion is fixed to an end of the fixing portion and generates light. A discharge guidance material(64) is formed at the electrodeless bulb without a mercury and accelerates an initial discharge of the electrodeless bulb without a mercury.
