<p>A shipping comb is provided to easily perform the physical standard measurement and the electric function test of an HSA(Head Stack Assembly). An HSA(70) has sliders(80) and suspensions(75). The sliders(80) record data in a disc or read the data recorded in the disc. The sliders(80) are mounted in the suspension(75), and end taps are formed in front end parts of the suspensions(75). A shipping comb, installed in the HSA(70), prevents the damage of the HSA(70). The shipping comb has a body part(101) and a head part(120). The body part(101), inserted into an intermediate part of a pair of the suspensions(75) in which a pair of the sliders(80) mutually faced are mounted, has a suspension spacer protruded for preventing the impact of the intermediate part of a pair of the suspensions(75). The head part(120), inserted between the end taps of a pair of the suspensions(75), has an end tap spacer protruded for preventing the impact of the front end parts of a pair of the suspensions(75). The head part(120) is combined to a front end part of the body part(101) by a hinge.</p> |
