<p>A novel ribonucleic acid compound in a phosphoric triester form. It is important for the liquid-phase synthesis of an oligo RNA. It is a ribonucleic acid compound represented by the following general formula. In the formula, B represents adenine, guanine, cytosine, uracil, or a modification of any of these; R21 represents optionally substituted aryl or optionally substituted, mono- or bicyclic, heterocyclic group; R20 represents hydrogen or optionally substituted alkyl; and R1 represents a protective group at least 90% of which can be eliminated in 24 hours at any temperature in the range of 0 to 60°C under acid conditions of a pH of 2 to 4.</p> |
