A ceiling-installed air conditioner having a ceiling fan is provided to improve the heating and cooling performance without the increase of the power consumption by allowing the ceiling fan to downwardly circulate cool air. A ceiling-installed air conditioner having a ceiling fan comprises a case(10) installed on a ceiling to form an external appearance; a blower fan(20) and a motor(30) installed in the case to allow the outdoor air to be introduced in and discharged to the outside; a heat exchanger(40) installed in the case to heat-exchange with the flowed air to cool; a cover(50) combined with the case to open and close a lower opening of the case, formed with a discharging outlet(51) at a center unit and an intake port(52) around the external periphery of the discharging outlet; and a ceiling fan installed at the lower unit of the case, rotated by the rotary power of the motor to downwardly circulate the cool air discharged out of discharging outlet. |
