PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing arrangement for wheels with a rotation speed detecting device, in which the assembling work is improved by stably maintaining a harness, regardless of its length during transport times or assembling works. SOLUTION: The bearing arrangement for wheels with a rotation speed detecting device comprises a magnetic encoder 13 fitted outside an inner wheel 2, a sensor attaching ring 9 installed at an end of an outer member 5, a rotation speed sensor 10 arranged face to face with the encoder 13 and a harness 11 connected with the rotation speed sensor 10 at one end and combined by a connector 15 at the other end. A sleeve 14, consisting of synthetic resin provided with a cylindrical containing part 14c, is fitted outside at one end of the outer member 5, and the harness 11 is contained, in a state wound into a spiral shape on the inner periphery of the containing part 14c. In this way, even a long scale harness 11 can be held stably during carrying and assembling works, and will not disturb the work, even if the harness 11 hangs down. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
