PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector of an effluent culvert capable of automatically removing dirt removed on a dust collecting screen by a water flow without requiring a manpower or a mechanical removing device. SOLUTION: A rainwater discharge chamber 1 is installed midway in the sewer culvert, and a overflow dam 5 is installed at the front of the inlet of the effluent culvert 4 in the rainwater discharge chamber 1. The dust collecting screen 6 using a gutter-like rail 6a is diagonally installed between the overflow dam 5 and the side wall part 1a of the rainwater discharge chamber 1 to which the effluent culvert 4 is connected. A receiving gutter 7 is formed at the upper edge of the dust collecting screen 6, and a dust collecting chute 8 joined to the receiving gutter 7 is formed on the downstream side of the dust collecting screen 6.
