<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge system with no overlap on a job offering/seeking information specialized site. <P>SOLUTION: The job offering/seeking information specialized site is opened on a network. In this site, recruitment information and desire information by a job offering company, a curriculum vitae or desire information by a job seeker, and a plurality of ranks for priority entries among the desire information by both sides are inputted. A control system converts these pieces of inputted information into numeric values by matching the recruitment information by the job offering company with desire information by the job seeker, and a fixed value or more of the numeric values is displayed for each piece of recruitment information by the job offering company. As to the displayed value, matching between the desire information by the job offering company and the curriculum vitae and the like by the job seeker is converted into a numeric value to be displayed, and a gap between the both sides is determined. In this way, support for recruitment is carried out, and when the job offering company browses the curriculum vitae of an applicant, charging is carried out only in the first time in this charge system.
