<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust monitor having a dust collecting body replacement function capable of eliminating a disposal loss of a dust collecting filter by using no disposal dust collecting filter, capable of dispensing with replacement over a long period to reduce an operation cost. <P>SOLUTION: In this dust monitor, timing of replacing a dust collecting body unit 80 is determined by investigating a dose condition with a dose data of exceeding a predetermined dust collecting limit dose data, the dust collecting body unit 80 is moved from a dust collecting body unit installation position of a detection unit 40 to other position, when determined to be the replacing timing, and the detection unit 40 and a replacement unit 90 are controlled to move a new dust collecting body unit 80 to the dust collecting body unit installation position of the detection unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
