<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor stably working with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: In this information processor 101 executing a user application is provided with an external storage part 14 for inputting the user application, a system partition 40 having a system application initializing own device, user partitions PT1-PT3 storing the user application, a parameter partition 60 storing a parameter area for switching application to be started, and a non-volatile storage area part 10 writing the user application in the external storage part 14 in one of the user partitions PT1-PT3.
