An image forming apparatus including a power interceptor is provided to simultaneously cut off the driving power of a heating element in a fixing unit and a cooling fan. The exposure unit includes a beam deflection member(112) for deflecting the laser beam irradiated from a light source. A developing member(120) is detachably mounted to the inside of a case(101) as a cartridge type and includes an electrification roller(139). A housing of the developing roller includes the first frame(122) and the second frame(124).
