<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone set which improves an operability of a secondary function of a camera, especially, surely executes "self photographing", prevents the secondary function from being protruded from a storing box unnecessarily, and takes the secondary function out of the storing box easily. <P>SOLUTION: The portable telephone set is integrated with a main-body case 1A having a display screen 2 and operation buttons on a side upper face at a back side of the case 1A; and is provided with a thin storing box 4A having a long opening 6 at a side wall, and the secondary function 15A arranged so as to be freely taken out of and put in the storing box 4A through the long opening 6.
