PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabin of an industrial vehicle capable of performing extensive improvement of strength and capable of forming a desired side silhouette of an outer panel without causing cost increase, etc. SOLUTION: This cabin of the industrial vehicle has left and right column members constituted of hollow steel pipes and erected by facing against each other and a beam member arranged between these left and right column members and left and right end parts of which are respectively connected to the left and right column members, and the left and right end parts of the beam member are connected to a portion offset forward or backward from a center in the longitudinal direction of the column members. This cabin of the industrial vehicle constituted by connecting the outer panel to an outer part of a frame structural body by welding is constituted by providing an intermediate member having a panel mounting surface copying the side silhouette of the outer panel on the constituting member of the frame structural body and connecting the outer panel to the frame structural body through this intermediate member.
