PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very small droplet discharger having a simple constitution which enables a production of a very small droplet of pl (pico liter) order excellent in uniformity in a retentate which can hold the very small droplet, and its method. SOLUTION: Synchronizing with a moving operation of a preparation agent holding pipe, when the preparation agent holding pipe moves from an upward position to a downward position, an end of an extruding needle is operated so as to project from the state that the end is retracted inside the preparation agent to the inside of the retentate from the preparation agent holding pipe, by which the very small droplet of pl order uniform in a particle diameter can be produced by the simple constitution in the retentate which can hold the very small droplet to obtain the very small droplet discharger.
