<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a novice operator to easily perform an input operation while enabling an experienced operator to perform it without feeling troublesome, in a photographic image receiving apparatus 1 that allows a customer operator to perform the input operation for a print order for image information stored in a recording medium M1, thereby performing a receiving process for the print order. <P>SOLUTION: Guidance information relating to the input operation for an operator is stored in a hard disk 14.
