A method for reprogramming a CDMA(Code Division Modulation Access) module of a telematics system is provided to increase working efficiency by making the control module directly fix no binary area address of the CDMA module, and making a RAM file download and write a binary file to a proper address while autonomously storing a binary address area. The CDMA module loads the RAM file to a preset RAM area address. The control module receives the binary file from an external device and temporarily stores the received binary file to a RAM area of the control module. The control module sends the received binary file to the CDMA module and the CDMA module directly writes the received binary file to the binary file address of a preset ROM area.
