A detecting apparatus and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to preclude the front end of the standing-up unit from being deformed to the flow direction of the resin material or the reverse direction as the gate surface corresponds to the gate where the resin material is injected. In a detecting apparatus where a terminal(20) of a case body(10) is insertion-molded, and one end of the terminal is communicated at the detecting unit mounted at the case body and the other end is formed as a standing-up unit(24) and derived to the outside of the case body, the case body is installed with a gate surface(13) formed to correspond to a gate where the resin material is injected in the injection molding process and a terminal derivation unit(14) shaped like a column to coat the source part of the standing-up unit of the terminal unit. The terminal unit has a projection unit(25) projected to the horizontal direction for the perpendicular direction for the guide surface.
