An RF(Radio Frequency) receiving device for fully removing a leakage component from a receiving signal and a method therefor are provided to make the same signal as a noise component to perfectly exclude noise from a receved RF signal, so that a clear signal without noise can be demodulated. A noise remover(340) controls the phase and gain of a local signal, estimates a noise signal mixed with a received signal from the received signal, and removes the estimated noise signal from the received signal. A receiver(350) frequency-down-converts the received signal from which the noise signal is removed, by using at least one of the local signal and a Q signal of the local signal. The noise remover(340) controls the phase of the local signal by using the Q signal of the local signal.
