PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular storage box structure capable of preventing a large reaction force to be applied to an occupant even when the occupant is hit by an arm rest part of a door. SOLUTION: The vehicular storage box structure is provided on an arm rest part 3 protruded from a door trim 1 inward of a cabin, and constituted of a box body part 9 and a lid part 11 which is openably/closably supported by the box body part 9. When the compression load substantially in the horizontal direction is input in the box body part 9, and the box body part 9 is compressed and deformed, the lid part 11 is opened by the deformation of the box body part 9.
