PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin clip for which capital investment can be decreased by reducing the amount of molding material and making an assembly process simple as the whole clip are made from two resin molding materials. SOLUTION: In the resin clip consisting of a clip main body 1 and a clip operation body 2 made of resin, either of them is equipped with a protrusion 13 having a pin engaging hole 11 on both sides and the other one is equipped with an engaging pin 21 on both sides. Either or both of the members 1, 2 are formed in a "<" shape as viewed from a side and either or both of the members 1, 2 have an elastic piece 30 protruding in an oblique direction from a base part 31 toward a back surface side. Either of the members 1, 2 is equipped with a hook body 40 with an upward opening 42 with a connection part 41 at a lower side. In an engaging posture of the pin engaging hole 11 and the pin engaging pin 12, the elastic piece 30 is positioned between both the members 1, 2 and elastically presses and contacts pinching parts 15, 25 by contacting with upper-half parts 14, 24 of the other one of members 1, 2.
