A harvesting equipment of sweet potato is provided to automatically harvest sweet potato from the ground, and to minimize manpower required for the harvesting of the sweet potato. The harvesting equipment of sweet potato includes a sweet potato stem processing unit(100) and a sweet potato root harvesting unit(200). The sweet potato stem processing unit(100) has a frame(110), a rotation shaft(130) having plural knives(140) and a power transmission unit. The sweet potato root harvesting unit(200) has a main frame(210), a pivoting frame(220), a root harvesting knife(230), a filtering body(240), and a vibration unit. The root harvesting knife(230) is installed on the pivoting frame(220) and digs sweet potato from the ground. |
