PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film having good conductivity, a production method therefor, and a flexible wiring substrate using the conductive film. SOLUTION: A film comprises a conductive composition that contains either silver oxide fine particles or a tertiary fatty acid silver salt or both of them. The film is formed on a flexible substrate 5. The conductive composition is heated to form a conductive film 7. The conductive film 7 is consolidated by pressing of the film using a press member 10.
