PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of power counting required for power calibration of a vector network analyzer (VNA). SOLUTION: The power calibration of the VNA is performed by performing a two-port S-parameter calibration between a first port of a multi-port VNA and a second port of the VNA, performing a power calibration of only the first port of the VNA, and determining power supplied from a first port of a measured object (DUT) connected the first port of the VNA, based on the two-port S-parameter calibration performed between the first port of the VNA and the second port of the VNA, the power calibration performed in only the first port of the VNA, a reflective coefficient of the first port of the DUT, and detection of coupling version of a signal received by the first port of the VNA.
