A method for forming a neutral point of a three-phase motor is provided to form the neutral point simply by connecting at least two wires each other through a connection member. In a three-phase motor including a number of wires forming U phase, V phase and W phase by being wound in the shape of a coil, at least two wires among the wires are fusion-spliced to one connection member with a conductive metal. Thus at least two wires are connected with each other through the connection member. The wires are fusion-spliced to the connection member by an ultrasonic fusion splicing method through an ultrasonic fusion splicing unit(30). The connection member includes a phosphor bronze.
