PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation board for greatly reducing earthquake vibration of a building or a construction or of art objects or computers installed in a room when earthquake occurs. SOLUTION: To the lower face center of a base isolation plane forming upper side base 1, a spherical holding bracket 3 is fixed which rotatably houses a base isolation spherical body 2 in the state that the lower end is exposed. A base isolation controlling mechanism part A for serving base isolation effects is formed so that the lower end of the base isolation spherical body 4 has rolling contact with the center of a foundation plane forming lower side base 4 provided in opposition to the lower face side of the upper side base 1.
