#CMT# #/CMT# A system for monitoring and activating control elements in a vehicle dispenses with the conventional controls, e.g. rocket switches, push buttons, rotating controls, touch screen controls etc., and uses a CCTV camera inside the vehicle to monitor the position of the occupants and especially the position and movements of the hands. No electromechanical switches are required, nor any cabling between the controls and the vehicle circuit.
