FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods, systems and devices for preparing and delivering fuel-water emulsion into internal combustion engines equipped with injection systems. Proposed method includes standard fuel system, fuel-feed and rotor-impulse type mixer. Two flows are formed independently and supplied to cylinders: pure flow by standard fuel system and fuel-water emulsion flow by rotor-impulse mixer. ^ EFFECT: increased power rating improved ecological characteristics, possibility of using low-octane fuel. ^ 6 cl, 4 dwg
