A door opening/closing device of a machine tool is provided to let a worker easily approach to a working space of the machine tool and to precisely set a small workpiece and the tool by completely opening the front side, the upper side, and both lateral sides in opening a door. A door opening/closing device of a machine tool(100) comprises a rear cover(7) fixed to surround a main shaft of the machine tool; a front door(1) installed to be moved forward at a processing area in the rear cover; a door window guiding unit disposed to be faced to the inner surface of the inner side of the front door; and a door window(2) supported by the door window guiding unit and adjusted of tilted angle according to moved position to open/close the front side of the front door.
