PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device for a travelling vehicle miniaturized as much as possible in appearance, namely, saved as much as possible in space for installation to secure a wider cabin space, in regard to a double-wishbone type suspension device for a travelling vehicle. SOLUTION: This suspension device for a travelling vehicle is structured by arranging a cushion unit in a space between an upper arm and a lower arm, interlocking one side working point of the cushion unit with the upper arm, interlocking the other side working point of the cushion unit with the lower arm, and operating the cushion unit on the basis of the relative movement of the upper arm and the lower arm with vertical movement of wheels.
