<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peanut processed product solving the following problem: peanut skins in a conventional peanut processed product produced through processing skin-adhering peanuts contains only a very small amount of polyphenol having active oxygen-inhibiting function and thereby being considered to be good for prevention of lifestyle-related disease, and therefore the polyphenol in the skin has no effect because of its low content. <P>SOLUTION: The peanut processed product is produced through adding peanut skins to the skin-adhering peanuts to increase the amount of the polyphenol so as to make the peanut processed product a health food preventing lifestyle-related disease. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
