<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure enhanced in durability of a sealing material. <P>SOLUTION: A ring member 30 is fixed to a pipe body 3<SB>1</SB>having a heat generation part in its inside and a pipe-like flange 32 is formed on a surrounding part 8<SB>2</SB>of a recovery device 8. A liquid passage 33 is formed on a matching surface between the ring member 30 and the pipe-like flange 32, and seal rings 34 are mounted at both ends of the liquid passage 33. The pipe-like flange 32 is provided with: a liquid discharge means 37 for discharging a predetermined flow rate of liquid from the liquid passage 33; and a connection member 35 for replenishing the liquid discharged from the liquid discharge means 47. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
