PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill plate solving problems such as sticking of food to a grill, falling of soft foods such as a squid and an octopus through a clearance of the grill, and troublesomeness of washing work of the stuck food after the use. SOLUTION: This grill plate comprises a pair of front/rear leg parts for attaching it to a grill pan being freely taken in/out from a grill chamber and a grill plate part fixedly retained to the leg parts, wherein the surface of the grill plate is treated by a grill-stick prevention for preventing the sticking and clearances are provided for every prescribed interval.
