<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for beverage by which a beverage can easily be drunk without visually checking the position of a spout. <P>SOLUTION: This lid 13 of the container for beverage which is attached to a container main body 12 is equipped with a lid body 31, the spout 32, and a protruding section 33. The lid body 31 has an upper surface 35 and a side surface 36. The spout 32 is opened at a section being closer to the side surface 36 on the upper surface 35 of the lid body 31. The protruding section 33 is formed at a section corresponding to the spout 32 in a vicinity of the spout 32 on the side surface 36 of the lid body 31.
