PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability of a content outside of network, while preventing unjust leak and unauthorized copy of the content by restricting a regeneration place which is distributed in a correspondence course system, under certain conditions.

SOLUTION: Regeneration place restricting information for restricting the regeneration place of the content by a student terminal 3 is related to the content on a teacher terminal side 2, and then, transmitting processing of the content to the student terminal 3 via LAN 1 is executed. The content transmitted from the teacher terminal 2 is received by the student terminal 3 side, and based on the regeneration place restricting information related to the received content and connection information regarding a connection state and/or a connection place of the student terminal 3 to the LAN 1, it is determined whether or not regeneration of the content is restricted. According to a result of the determination, permission or restriction processing of the regeneration of the content on the student terminal 3 is executed.
