PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curl straightening roll which maintains high curl straightening performance and which has excellent abrasion resistance and dirty resistance. SOLUTION: This curl straightening roll 1 to be used in the condition wherein the predetermined pressure is applied has an inner layer 3 formed of a foaming elastic body provided in the periphery of a shaft 2 and having 30°or less of hardness in HsC (JIS K7312) and an outer layer 4 formed of a non-foaming elastic body provided in the periphery of the inner layer 3 and having 0.1-1.0 mm of thickness.
