PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount and demount an arbitrary monitor. SOLUTION: A chuck 114 detects the existence of a monitor pipe 41 where a portion 114B is set, a portion 114C fixes the detected monitor pipe 41 nearly from above, and a link 124 is moved up and down through a parallel pin 117, a guide portion 119, a link 120, a parallel pin 121, a link 122, a parallel pin 123, etc., to control opening and closure of a hook 111.
