SYSTEM FOR WATCHING AND WARNING OF PARKING/STOP

A parking/stop monitoring and warning system is provided to secure the simple structure and to immediately warn or guide vehicles violating parking/stop regulations. A parking/stop monitoring and warning system includes a sensing unit for detecting vehicles parking or stopping in a no-parking zone of the road; an output unit(20) for informing a driver of information on parking and stopping; and a control unit(30) for judging the parking/stopping state by receiving a signal from the sensing unit and controlling the sensing unit and the output unit to make the output unit output the parking and stopping information. The output unit comprises an image display device(21) for outputting words or images and a voice output unit(22). The parking and stopping information includes information on the number of vehicles parking or stopping in the no-parking zone.
