An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module fixing structure of an image display device is provided to save component cost by minimizing the number of coupled screws. The center of a front cabinet(110) is penetrated, and a screen part is formed in the penetrated center of the front cabinet(110). An LCD module(120), combined to the front cabinet(110), displays an image signal. A fixer(130) pressurizes and supports the LCD module(120) so that the LCD module(120) is combined to the front cabinet(110) and is not moved. A back-cover(140) is combined in a rear surface of the front cabinet(110). A coupling member(150) successively penetrates and couples the back-cover(140), the fixer(130), and the front cabinet(110).
