Provided is a table height-adjusting apparatus having a ball bearing, thereby decreasing friction of a ball bearing even when a repetitive moving happens. The apparatus includes a table(30), plural moving bars(50) fixed to a lower surface of the table, a fixing bar(40) movably engaged to the respective moving bars for supporting from the ground, and a lifting member for vertically moving the moving bar with respect to the fixing bar. Ball bearings(80) are placed between the moving bar and the fixing bar, and have a stainer having a pair of holes formed on the stainer at regular intervals and a ball, in contact with the moving bar on one portion of the ball, in contact with the fixing bar on the other portion of the ball.
