An organic light emitting display device is provided to increase an aperture ratio while maintaining a current driving property by changing arrangement of pixels according to pixel sizes. Plural pixels(R,G,B) are arranged in a matrix formation. The red, blue, and green pixels with different sizes are sequentially arranged on respective pixel rows. One group of pixel columns includes the biggest pixel and the smallest pixel, which are alternatively arranged. A second group of pixel columns includes middle-sized pixels. The respective pixel rows include a curved interface and a straight-type interface. A gate line installed between two pixel rows includes curved gate lines and straight-type gate lines, which are periodically arranged. The curved gate lines and straight-type gate lines are alternatively arranged. |
