An exercising machine for preventing fatness and decomposing fat body is provided to let exercising performed by a driving device without depending on the user's muscular strength and to enable a handicapped person to lose weight. The exercising machine for preventing fatness and decomposing body fat includes a body portion, a post, a control portion, a first handle portion and a second handle portion. The body portion includes a motor, a belt pulley(19), an eccentric bearing(17), an eccentric weight(16), a connecting rod(15), a bracket(13), and a bottom plate, and generates see-saw motion of the bottom plate from the central lower end portion of the bottom plate. The eccentric bearing(17) converts the rotary force of the motor into a left and right reciprocating motion. The bracket(13) converts the left and right reciprocating motion into a see-saw motion.
