PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent easily giving a fluorine-based coating film of≥10μm thickness, which provides sufficient moisture-proof properties and acid resistance, in addition, is free from generating a crack even on abrupt change in temperature and the like. SOLUTION: This coating agent comprises, as a principal component, a fluorine-based resin obtained by copolymerizing 50-95 mass% monomer (A) having a 1-12C (per)fluoroalkyl group and/or (per)fluoro polyether group and a carbon-carbon double bond, with 5-50 mass% monomer (B) having a carbon-carbon double bond but not containing fluorine.
