PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for decreasing occurrence of faults in mobile electronic apparatuses such as mobile phones due to intrusion of water contents or an organic substance from fitting clearance. SOLUTION: A charging terminal cover 13 contains dried red pepper powder as a repellent. If an infant or a pet animal licks or bites a mobile phone 1, the dried red pepper powder contained in the charging terminal cover 13 outflows. Then the infant or the pet animal bitterly tastes spicy and feels an unpleasant taste from the mobile phone 1. Thus, the infant or the pet animal no longer licks or bites the mobile phone 1.
